Hi all, I have a recurrent problem with my Domino servers using mail over SMTP.
I have a test running, my architecture is actually like this :
MX --> Antivirus --> SMTP Server --> Domino Server.
The problem is I put an alias on Domino users to forward messages to them, but sometimes the messages loop :
MX to Anitvirus to SMTP to MX and so on and after ten hops they arrive to Domino, Domino says they are in a "Routing Loop" and sends an Delivery Failure.
I tried putting maximum hops from 25 to 30 in Domino configuration, but didn't help.
Do you have an idea, I guess the existing SMTP is faulty, but I have to keep it for the non-test users... How can I force Domino to accept messages and route them over Notes to the subdomain?
